Mindfulness for Moms Course
Join fellow neighbourhood parents in exploring mindfulness as a strategy for reducing stress and growing joy. This 6-week course will assist parents with integrating mindfulness in their lives, to help reduce stress and grow presence, self-compassion, calmness and joy in their lives and parenting.
